About Aubrey

My main priority as a therapist is to provide a warm and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing anything, which can sometimes be the hardest part of therapy. Clients seek therapy to create meaningful change in their lives or to heal parts of themselves, and I truly feel so lucky when individuals trust me to guide them through this process.

In my years of practice, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients which has strengthened my ability to provide a tailored therapeutic approach for each individual. I love what I do and I am grateful for every opportunity I have to support them in their path of change, healing, and personal growth.
